Welcome to GNO Tax & Business Center LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our accounting, tax preparation, and business advisory services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

GNO Tax & Business Center LLC provides the following services to business clients:

• Tax Preparation: Federal and state tax return preparation for businesses and individuals.
• Bookkeeping & Accounting: Monthly bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and payroll services.
• Monthly Financial Reports: Personalized video summaries of your business's financial performance, delivered by email on or around the 25th of each month.
• Business Advisory: Financial guidance and consulting to support business decision-making.

2. Monthly Financial Report Service

As part of our accounting services, we provide monthly financial video reports that include:

• A summary of your business's revenue, expenses, net income, and profit margin.
• A personalized video narration of your financial results.
• Key metrics and trends to help you make informed business decisions.

Reports are generated based on the financial data available to us from your bookkeeping records. The accuracy of reports depends on the completeness and timeliness of the information you provide.

3. Email Communications

By engaging our services, you consent to receive service-related emails, including your monthly financial reports, welcome information, and important updates about your account. You may opt out of non-essential emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of email does not affect the delivery of your accounting or tax services.

4. Optional SMS/Text Message Program

How to opt in: If you would like to receive optional SMS reminders about your monthly financial reports, you may voluntarily enroll by texting the keyword JOIN to (504) 285-5030. Only clients who actively text JOIN will be enrolled.

If you choose to opt in to the SMS program:

• Message types: Friendly reminders to check your monthly financial report email.
• Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: Reply HELP or call (504) 608-2895 for assistance.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your phone number and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial records and information.
• Review your monthly reports and notify us of any discrepancies.
• Maintain current contact information, including email address.
• Comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your financial data to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law (such as IRS filings) or as necessary to deliver our services through trusted service providers bound by confidentiality agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our monthly financial reports are summaries based on the data available to us and are intended for informational purposes to help you monitor your business performance. They do not constitute audited financial statements. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for decisions made based on report content. For critical financial decisions, we recommend consulting with us directly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, formats, templates, and video presentations used in our monthly financial reports are the property of GNO Tax & Business Center LLC. Reports are generated for your personal business use and may not be redistributed or published without our consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• We will cease sending monthly reports and any optional SMS messages.
• Outstanding fees for services already rendered remain due.
• We will retain records as required by applicable law and professional standards.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
